Do you want to get rid of the unpleasant hair you have on certain body parts?

We have the solution for the unpleasant and annoying hairs, and it’s the recipes that follow.

Peel-Off Mask for Face with Gelatin

This is a recipe of one of the most effective home-made masks in facial hair removal.

  • 1 tbsp of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of milk
  • Optional: 1-2 drops of essential oil (Lavender)
  • Popsicle Stick

First thing to do is to mix of all the ingredients and to warm them up in a microwave for about 10 to 15 minutes. Make sure the mixture cools a bit, and then using a Popsicle stick, apply it on your skin. After several minutes, the mask will dry and then that means that you can peel it off.

Tumeric Paste

For centuries, Indians used Turmeric for the treatment of various skin diseases. The combination of turmeric and milk, water, or yogurt creates excellent hair removal mask, preventing hair re-growth. Moreover, since it contains anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties, the turmeric paste is great for keeping your skin healthy and clean.

Ingredients Needed for the Mask:

  • Water/Milk/or Yogurt
  • Tumeric

Mix the turmeric and the optional liquid base, milk, water or yogurt, in a 3-1 ratio, until you get a thick mixture.

The paste needs to be applied on the face in the growth direction of the hair . Once it dries, remove it from your face by scrubbing in circular movements using a dry washcloth.

This treatment should be repeated occasionally, or once you notice hair growth.

You can use some baking soda and soap to scrub the yellow stains on your skin.

Sugar Wax

This wax is much alike the traditional one, but without the need for waxing strips.

As you might guess, sugar wax and the traditional waxing are very much alike, but without using waxing strips.

  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp of water
  • Sugar thermometer
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice

Take a small saucepan where you will mix the lemon juice, water, and sugar. Heat the mixture on a low temperature, but be careful of over-cooking. Once you remove the saucepan from heat, allow the wax to cool in a room temperature.

Scoop some of the prepared wax using a spoon, and then form a ball with your fingers.

Spread the wax ball on a dry and clean skin, making sure the direction is the same as that of the hair growth. Then once you tighten your skin, pull off the wax in the direction opposite of the hair growth.

You must remember that natural remedies often take more time to give results, so be patient.

A positive thing more about using natural remedies, is that they don’t include chemicals so there are no chances of possible side effects.
